A Meme is Born.

A while ago I had a long discussion, with my 9-year-old son, about what a "Meme" is.

He has since proceeded, without apparent reason, to repeat the phrase "I LIKE potatos!" in and around his fourth grade class as often as he can.

A few weeks ago he upped the ante by putting a tune to the phrase and starting to sing it.

I have since gone into the afterschool program there, when he is not around, and heard children singing it to each other in front of bewildered councilors. It has become the in-joke!
